Liriodendron tulipifera

The tuliptree is the tallest tree of all the eastern hardwood trees (Arbor Day Foundation, 2018). It displays large, yellow flowers that are commonly called "tulips." The tuliptree is a beautiful and unique addition to Seton Hill University's campus.
