Capital Pear

Capital pear trees are common ornamental pears planted all around Seton Hill University’s campus. They are used mainly to beautify the spaces that they occupy. A notable capital pear is located to the north of the Child Development Center, planted there by the Class of 2005. This tree was dedicated on April 22, 2004 at the Junior Class Tree Planting to the promise of success for future generations.
